Labor
Carmody & Kaseta advises employers on a panoply of traditional labor law matters, including union organizing campaigns, election and representation issues, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and contract interpretation, labor strikes and pickets, and issues arising under both collective bargaining agreements and the National Labor Relations Act. Carmody & Kaseta represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations and mediation, as well as in proceedings before the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service, the American Arbitration Association, the National Labor Relations Board, and the federal Courts. Carmody & Kaseta has obtained successful appellate review of decisions issued by the National Labor Relations Board before the federal Courts of Appeal.
